K. B. Ella Rao

Founder and promoter of MHIDPL, Mr. Rao began his career as a Project In-Charge in industrial plants and has successfully executed more than 60 industrial facilities. Under his leadership, the company expanded from private industrial EPC into Government DISCOM projects, turnkey infrastructure development, and renewable-energy solutions.

Guided by the philosophy of Dream – Determination – Destination, he has led MHIDPL to deliver complex projects in remote regions while maintaining uncompromising standards of quality, safety, and ethics. He also actively champions CSR initiatives including water campaigns, medical camps, eye-care programs, and plantation drives.

K. Prasanna

Mrs. Prasanna leads financial planning, budgeting, banking relations, and compliance systems. She has played a key role in sustaining strong turnover growth and mobilizing resources for large EPC projects.

Her governance-driven approach ensures stability, transparency, and long-term resilience for the organization.

CH. Y. Krishna

Mr. Krishna oversees project planning, manpower deployment, high-voltage safety compliance, and time-bound delivery across transmission, distribution, industrial EPC, and solar works.

His leadership ensures MHIDPL consistently exceeds departmental expectations and retains its reputation as a preferred contractor for Government utilities.
